A special junmai sake with a rich flavor that is brewed using Yamahai brewing method without adding yeast, using “Bizen Omachi” from Okayama Prefecture as the raw material. You can enjoy the voluminous flavor of Omachi rice, the moderate acidity and deep richness unique to Yamahai-zukuri.
Good compatibility with meat sauté, roast, and grill. Recommend to serve room temperature to warm.
