This shochu is made by long aging in unglazed pots, using carefully selected rice and water. Time and effort spent and tender cares are embodied. It has a rich aroma and soft with generous taste.
This shochu surprisingly carries a pear-like aroma and a sophisticated, refreshing taste. Should give it a try.
