It is a pure rice ginjo liquor aged for three years in the exclusive tank of the “Hakaissan Snow Room”. The Uonuma region in Niigata Prefecture is Japan’s leading heavy snowfall area with 2-3 m of snow. It is snow that sometimes becomes a nuisance for living in a snowy country where long and severe winters continue. The ancestors nurture the life and food culture unique to a snowy country utilizing the power of the snow. One of them is the “Snow Room”, which is a “natural refrigerator” created from the wisdom and ideas of people in snowy countries. In the days when there was no refrigerator like today, the “Snow Room” keeps the temperature low throughout the year.

Imayotsukasa Koi Nishikigio 17% 720ml
In “Koi NISHIKIGOI”, the grade and rice is kept a secret, this is to allow one’s sense of smell and taste to be surprised, appreciating its flavour and aroma without sight and knowledge of it. A traditional and well-layered sake, this Junmai Daiginjo hails from the Niigata prefecture, birthplace of this sake’s namesake, the Koi. Nishikigoi Sake is the product of Imayo Tsukasa Sake Brewery and is a traditional sake that boasts spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, buffered by earthy hints of Parisian mushroom and garlic, giving it a soft, buttery feel while still providing a kick at the end.
The beauty within is equally matched by the beauty without as the bottle that houses Nishikigoi Sake is artfully crafted by Yamaharu Glass Co. The distinctive red-on-white pattern that mimics the Kohaku variety of Koi has been the recipient of numerous design awards, making each unique bottle a collector’s item.

This is one of Nanbu Bijin’s regular sake, made with local Iwate Ginotome sake rice. This slightly dry sake can be served a refreshing aftertaste with the soft/light flavor and fine umami flavor. This sake was made as the best of best sake, which goes well with any meal. Nanbu Bijin Tokubetsu Junmai 2017 won “Champion Sake of 2017” at IWC International Wine Challenge!!! Katsuyama Tokubetsu Junmaishu En 15%1.8ml
A beautifully elegant bottle of saké, with sweet aromas and a clean and refreshing flavour, this Junmai is brewed by the renowned Katsuyama brewery, who are celebrated for their absolute focus to refinement with each bottle.
